We are currently working on a project to create a prospective Apartment Development in Seattle. We are exited about this project because they are Loft style apartments and Gold Leed Certified. What this means is that these apartments will be energy-efficient, cost-effective, low-maintenance and therefore better for the environment. We are mainly focusing on the exterior of the building and will then insert it into a real twilight photograph of the actual area. Here is a great video about leed certified homes:

Four Seasons Inspired Home

We are proud to announce that last week we finished an interior design project for a 10,000sq ft home. Inspired by the Four Seasons in Florence, Italy, this classical ornate design was used to model a design for a large vacation home. Complete with 360 degree viewing capabilities, this 3-D rendering includes detailed floor to ceiling marble columns with artistic murals and custom medallions embedded in the entryway and family seating room.

Abu Dhabi Home Interior Design

Jackson, Mississippi City Improvements Campaign

A client came to us with the vision to give his hometown of Jackson, Mississippi a facelift. Jackson is a town with an extensive history, most notably a center for activism for the Civil Rights Movement in the 1960s. The city has undergone several changes and it has begun to show signs of its age. In a campaign to give a facelift so rich with history, a clients hope was to sell the idea of improving the areas surrounding the Capitol and government buildings. An area filled with potential with a few facelifts here and there, he wanted to help others realize Jackson’s potential. Using Google Earth images and reference photos of various developments and buildings, GIS Virtual created a new vision for this historical town.
