Virtual Staging: Keeping up with the trends
Gone are the days where ‘going green’ merely meant you simply put all your aluminum cans and paper in the recycling. The campaign to Go Green has made its presence known in today’s society and as more and more people make the conscious effort to do their part, more companies are enabling their customers’ efforts.
Hand-in-hand with today’s trends is our instinct to now tighten our wallets. As we are trying to move forward and recover from our economic downfall, we are cost conscious and weary of some old practices.
The real estate market is slowly trying to rebuild itself; sales have steadily grown in the last 6 months. Though much like cost-conscious buyers who are looking for a good deal, realtors and sellers have become more cost-conscious as well. Formulas that agents once relied on to sell a listing have been put into question on whether they are essential to a sale. It seems natural to eliminate practices like staging when trying to find areas to cut costs in marketing a listing, but why not look for a cheaper and versatile alternative?
Virtual staging, is an option that allows those formulas for sale to remain intact as well as upholding the overall concept of cost-consciousness. It also, falls in line with our new practices of going green by eliminating the use of unnecessary vehicles and resources. We are in a digital age, why not utilize our economically and green resources, rather than take a step backwards and eliminate practices entirely.
In our efforts to also uphold our efforts in remaining economically, our promotion has become a permanent price point. We are now staging 3 rooms with stock furniture for $49/room.
