Virtual staging has become a popularized alternative to traditional staging.  It allows realtors and homeowners to save money and time staging their listing.  It also provides for different design styles in which cater to different markets and clientele.

Traditional homestaging costs can be anywhere from starting from $500 between $10,000 depending on the home and the area.  Our pricing is significantly less and allows for more flexibility.

There is still the argument of whether homestaging inhibits or aids the sale. Furniture can completely transform the look of a home and will sometimes scare potential buyers away, because the furniture style does not tailor to their tastes.  Virtual staging allows the space to remain vacant but also gives different style options and showcases different ways a room can be used. No matter what side of the argument you are on whether staging is effective or ineffective, virtual staging opens the doors to cater to both sides.

How GIS Virtual’s – Virtual Staging process works?

First, we need high-resolution images of the each clearly labeled room you would like staged.  Though, not required, dimensions of the room are always greatly appreciated.  With these materials we will also need to know what design style you would like used. (Contemporary, Transitional, Traditional, etc) Be as specific as possible, we want to make sure the home is as close to your visual as possible.

We are currently in the process of building a database of stock furniture, where the client’s can pick and choose specific pieces and layouts they would like used.  Also, we currently offer the option of custom furniture if you do not find anything you like or you need something very specific for the home.

Included in the pricing are three rounds of revisions per room, once we complete the initial staging we will send you a low resolution preview in PDF form. After you receive this preview, please feel free to comment and suggest any changes you would like to each room.  We will then complete those changes and send you another preview; this will be the process until we have final approval.

In addition to our virtual staging services, we also offer a service where a potential buyer can have their own furniture virtually staged in the home.
